Essential Job Duties

• Lead the Firm's accounting function, including GL management, month-end/year-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll accounting, fixed assets, and external audits.
• Oversee accounting operations across domestic and international offices, ensuring consistency, integration, and adherence to global accounting standards.
• Lead a team of direct reports locally and globally and develop the Accounting team while driving operational excellence, process improvements, and organizational accountability.
• Serve as the accounting lead for strategic initiatives, including ERP systems, technology implementations, automation, AI adoption, and cross-functional process redesign projects.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all financial information through robust internal controls, compliance protocols, and accounting oversight.
• Manage treasury and banking activities, including cash forecasting, bank relationships, account administration, and liquidity monitoring.
